" My work explores the emotionality of being human in an absurd world. I pour human feelings into playful objects so that they become deeply personal and poetic. My objects are comfortable and soft to the touch, with the intention to provide the audience with temporary emotional support through physical sensation. Many of my therapeutic sculptures are inspired by objects I  treasured as a child, as a remedy to give myself the nurture I needed. My interests lie in psychological processes working at a subconscious level and coping mechanisms for the difficult and unpleasant feelings the current world produces, where many human relationships are distorted by power, fear and hatred."
